Using slider to update html and variable

The current code I’m using using only updates the text in the Red Boxes.

1.) I’d like it to update the text in the blue boxes.

2.) I’d also like the updated variables to be added to the apply button. <script>Apply(amount, days)</script>

Help would be greatly appreciated.
