Is there a wiki for (poorly-/un)documented web APIs?

cHellos!

I was wondering if there exists a wiki-style website yet for undocumented or poorly documented web APIs. Having written code to interface with several less popular or obscure web services, it would have been nice to instead just go to a website and quickly learn how to interface with it. It would have made my development a bit quicker, On the other side, it would also be nice to have a place to publish my work so others may have the same ease in development, as currently it’s shoved away in my deep storage after the project is finished to never be seen ever again. At this time it seems like almost every web API should be able to be described with just a few simple technologies like JSON, SOAP, REST, AMF, etc. so APIs could be documented very quickly.

I’d think that almost every web developer would want such a resource, but my only concern is that using web APIs in ways that the operator didn’t expect is still frowned upon, or even mostly illegal (I don’t keep up with this stuff as much as I should). Does such a wiki exist yet? If someone is in the process of creating such a website, I’d happily contribute at least documentation for a few less popular websites nobody probably cares much about…

@Lexxy_FoxauthorMay 14.2015 — I am aware of the website http://www.programmableweb.com, but it doesn't host any documentation, it merely provides links to documentation elsewhere (preferably the API provider's official documentation I'd assume, which I am arguing could inherently be incomplete, unless it is already provided as a wiki)
