URL conversion problem to Arabic Language – wordpress

Hello Friends, i’m new to this and also don’t know whether my question falls in this category or not so sorry in advance.

I’m using wordpress 4.1 and i’m creating an arabic blog, problem is that once i post the blog with arabic language, url comes out with the abc.com/?-?????-?????-???-?????-?????/

However once i hover over the link, it shows ok like post name in arabic;

what should i do?
