[RESOLVED] annoying popup on a forum – how is it programmed?

Hi everybody,

I am working on a popular Dutch forum, which recently gives an annoying popup publicity window at every single visit.
I guess the popup is written in Javascript, that’s why I am asking it here.

My question is where in the source code I can find the program lines that generate the popup, as I so not seem to find them. Could anyone please have a look and tell me what you think? The popup does not seem to appear on all devices, especially on mobile devices it is very annoying, and you can prevent it by switching off Javascript.
