whenever i post blog and article then site not rank well but when i stop work for the couple of days its rank good so whats the reason behind it would any body explain me about it

May be the sites selected by you for the article and blog submission are low quality sites with less PR and authority because of which your website ranking gets affected, or you are using duplicate or spin article.
Use fresh content with quality information and publish it in the sites with good PR and authority rank, and also in the sites which provide dofollow links.
