Everyone knows that Black hat technique would give the fast result for website on Search Engine Result Page.But why people are not give the preference for Black Hat SEO Technique instead of White hat?

If we are giving the preference to black hat means google and other search engines will penalise the website, it effects the business and the effort will be wasted.
