code to upload files

Hi,
I want to create a webpage for photography by using HTML, CSS and Javascript.But I don’t know how to upload image in that side by folder from code.Please help me to solve my problem.

@jedaisoulJul 07.2014 — I do not understand. Why do you want to upload images by code? You can upload images like any other files using FTP or site management utilities supplied by web host.

Do you mean that you want visitors to be able to upload images?
