I need an interactive photo gallery

I am wanting to build a flash program to put on my wife’s alphabet photography website, and don’t know where to start. I need the program to allow customers to see a preview of exactly how their picture will look, and let them choose different comboinations of pictures until they find what they want.I am very competent on computers, I help build clinical documentation systems, but I just don’t work on coding. I will attach a link so you can see exactly what I am wanting.

Also, what would be the most cost effective way to create this? I was thinking about getting KoolMoves, but didn’t know if it could handle this.

Lastly, if anybody knows of a tutorial on something similar to this, I would greatly appreciate it!

@tedscoffeeNov 10.2010 — Maybe you can consider this interactive image software, not exactly an interactive photo gallery, but you can show images of different combiations with text bubble on mouse over, which allows your customers to understand your service more easily.
