How can I get technical information about a browser capabilities?

I’m doing technical support for a website and I want to help some users how have issues. I came across a nice site a few months ago that was testing the browser capabilities (Javascript, Flash, etc) and displayed all the information online. On this site, it was also possible to forward the browser information to an email address. I can’t find the site anymore, please help!
