Displaying a images depending on what month

Guys,

I have build 12 animated GIF’s of a timeline and each one is specific to each month.

I want to display this on a webpage but I want it to automatically select the image depending of the month.

i.e. if today is August 19th then AUG.GIF is displayed on the page.

[B]Is there anywayI can use Javascript to do this?
And if so how?[/B]
