Ebay Store layout help?

1) Go here [url]http://stores.ebay.com.au/jmdpowertools/[/url]

2) See the STORE CATEGORIES panel in left.

3) The number after each category is showing on a new line rather than showing right after the category name.

4) This is the default ebay template and this problem was not there earlier. This problem occurred automatically out of nowhere.

Any idea why this is happening?
