Yahoo Answers and Quora? For Link Building?

I don’t think this question has already been asked.

How many of you have tried Q&A for link building before? And how many of you are still doing this?
I just wanna know if it is still an effective technique for link building. I am very much aware that links are set to as “no follow”, so I just wanna know what are the benefits that you can still get aside from traffic (probably)?

Is it possible to turn this traffic into a conversion or it is just pure traffic?

Because traffic might cause me higher bounce rate...

Do you think I should continue Yahoo and Quora?

I'm just looking for possible options...
