@kralcxDec 14.2013 — Do a report explaining in layman terms who decides and why they decide the specifications for html and css. In other words why isn't html5 and css3 standard yet? When will it be standard? Who makes these decisions? Why are these decisions made the way that they are made? You could probably write a book on this topic alone.
