Error: Column count doesn’t match value count at row 1 – I cannot find the problem.

I have a large survey that submits the fields into a MySQL database.

The survey form code is here

and my save-in-database18.php file looks like this – [URL=”http://michaeljbaran.com/myPHPCode.html”]http://michaeljbaran.com/myPHPCode.html[/URL]

I have looked over the php file and the MySQL database for hours and hours and I still get the error*

Column count doesn’t match value count at row 1

@fineartist99authorSep 12.2013 — I must say, I'm not a pro at MySQL so if anyone suggests to do a "Run SQL query/queries" within phpMyAdmin please walk me through on exactly what I need to do, thank you.

@fineartist99authorSep 12.2013 — never mind, I fixed it. The field shopped_during_the_last_year_Heinens_of_Rocky_River was during_the_last_year_Heinens_of_Rocky_River in teh database, I adjusted the database to match the field but it still didn't work. With a little trial and error, with the php file including certain values I narrowed down the cause of the error and am now working on fixing it. The cause is the values that contain Specialty_Store

I'll submit my findings when I fix it if I do.
