Free Backlink / Inbound Link Checking Tool?

Hello,

I’m looking for an easy way to find all locations that link to a certain page. Let’s say I have the URL [url]http://www.yoursite.com/sitepage.html[/url].

I want to find everywhere (mainly on my own site) that contains a link to this page. Any tools out there to help me achieve this? I’ve Googled a bit and haven’t come across anything that is worthwhile.
