After anchor text diversified update. It should not link as keyword with anchor text. Old link building strategy said 70 to 90% linking with anchor text was a best practice for SEO. But now SEO practice with 2 – 3% anchor text is good for link building. As we know Google penguin is for spam link building. So be careful when build a link. Bulk anchor text may site spam in search engine.
