My responsive website going haywire in IE, any suggestions?

Hi I’m building my first fully responsive website but IE is doing weird things to the centering. If you view the following link you can see what I mean..

IE is causing a lot of problems, such as the @fontface, background images and em sizing is too small. But for now I’m trying to work on keeping everything aligned. As you can see the top navigation white rectangle and the semi transparent (glide logo) <div>’s are aligned, but the rest under them are offset. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!
