Auto-fill Form

I would like to make a form that works something like the shopping cart; except that it takes the customer to a quote form. There are no prices – just the item quantity, description, part number, etc. In other words, when the shopper clicks on the item, it brings up the quote form with the information already entered. All they need to do is change the quantity. They don’t need to type all that other stuff in there.

Are there ready-made scripts available? If so, can somebody point me in the right direction please.
