how to customize file button

Hello
I did change the appearance file button:
I hid “hidFileButton” using css. I created a div “visibleDiv”. When I click on “visibleDiv”, using jquery click on the “hidFileButton”. Everything works ok (all browsers) if you use something like this:
$(‘#visibleDiv’).bind(“click” , function () {
$(“#hidFileButton”).click();
});

$(“#hidFileButton”).change(function()
{
alert (‘hello’);

});
Unfortunately, if Ajax load everything into a popup in IE does not detect the change event. I use to do this .on method.
$(‘#popup’).on(‘click’,’#visibleDiv’,function(e)
{
$(“#hidFileButton”).click();
});

$(‘#contener’).on(‘change’,’#hidFileButton’,function()
{
//IN IE DOES NOT ENTER HERE IF BUTTON IS AJAX LOADED
//SIMPLY DOES NOT DETECT CHANGE
allert(‘hello’);

});
Maybe I have some simple mistake? Second version (AJAX) does not work only in IE
