need input validation help

I’ve got a form where I need to make sure that one or the other of two fields have been filled out. Specifically, I need to make sure either the home phone or cell phone fields are filled out. If both are filled out, that’s OK. But at least one of the two need to have something in them.

I know how to do the individual fields, but I’m not sure how to do an “or” in this case.

II have no idea what to do with this.. sorry...

Can you be a little more specific on how to make the input validation work?
