Experience lacking… Help?

So i was directed to this forum i guess because of a mistake of my posting in Java, not java script…. And somone said post up here. Anyhoo, my prob. is i have several Java apps./games for my phone that originally were made for a different phone because the size of the programs are about a 1/3 of the size of my screen. So my question was is anyone able to help me or simply let me know if its possible to adjust this to the correct size. It would be greatly apprieciated… Also i am running Mac OSX 10.4.4 and do have the Developer Tools installed, if that helps any. Can answer any q’s at email or can try best to check up. games for phones are not written in javascript, but in Java.
