JavaScript For Video Players

I need help with getting started on this.
I am pretty new to JavaScript and am not sure how to create media handlers.

I want to incorporate them into the video.js JavaScript Code.
If you want to look at it click on the Download and Self Host botton, under the Second Setup section. Then open the zip file, then the video.js file.

Basically what I want is an event to be triggered when the video reaches a certain time and pause. Then resume again after a submit button is pressed.
Can someone help me out with the code?
