what is the $headsers needed to write? $forward need only if i create another page for thanks to submit the page?
is that possible to test the page in dreamweaver or i need to upload to the site first? and if the site need any requirement to run this scripts? i use geocities.com to test..
The script, fredmv linked to is pyro's form mailer. I am quite sure, you do not have PHP running at home, but to use the script, you need a server supporting PHP.
Before doing anything, you should check, if your webspace supports PHP. If so, you will have to upload the PHP file and follow the instructions on the page, fredmv linked to. If not, the script will be of no use for you...
Incase your server supports PHP and you need some assistance to get the stuff work, just post again.
Due to the fact, that this topic does not belong into the javascript forum, one of the moderators might move your thread to the PHP forum, but this would not affect the postings...

Btw: if your server does not support PHP but you have a friend, whose server does, he/ she could "host" the script for you and you could use it for your site.
