a link to a directory in Public Folder? what it is called? + any Creative Idea ?

Since many of my clients ask me for various tax related forms, i’ve decided to upload it all in a directory called “Forms” which i made in my public_html folder (of webhost). Link: [url]http://casubh.com/forms/[/url] , Since i’ve to make available tons of such forms, i figured out this (Creating Forms Directory in Copying all files in it) would be the quickest and easiest way.. I’ve uploaded one folder right now to give u an idea, soon it will have many such directories..

My Questions:
1) What this link to direcotry is called? reason im posting this in forum is i didnt know what exactly to search for in google, any particular word for a server Directory like this -> [url]http://casubh.com/forms/[/url]
2) As u can see, it looks very dull, is there any way to make it more attractive? bcoz only other way i can figure out is Make a Page, Create a table, Hyperlink every file with their respective title etc, which can take 2-3 days for 100s of forms.. so any toher way around ? or any WordPress Plug-in which can automate this?
