if you have 3 text box and if you will click the first text box the second and third text box will be disabled, what script should i use for that operation?

it's actually a combination of javascript at the same time i'm using PHP... i made it already but when i search the first text box gives me result but the second value of the 2nd dropdown is missing.. thanks for the reply.
