odd character with Include function in Firefox

I’m getting a odd character in Firefox. I’m using frontpage for my visual editing. I get this weird i>>?(question mark is upsidedown). It happens at the begining of a the
<?php
include ‘value’;
?>

It can be seen [URL=”http://neworleansevent.com/beer.php”]here[/URL]
but I never see it in my regular code
