Send to a Friend

I have a php enabled Contact Form giving visitors the opportunity to contact the website office. If I wished to add a ‘Send to a Friend’ button to the same Contact Form:

[B]2.[/B] How would the friends email be added?
[B]3.[/B] Or, should a different approach be taken?
