DIV dots border

i have facing a problem in css. we have a div in css named content and when i click on the content div it show the dots border . can any body tell me why it is hapend

@khorinshizucorFeb 03.2011 — Apply "outline:0;" to the div. This dotted border occurs when you click on links but it's probably not necessary for a div.
