upload form working on one server, but not the other

Hi Everyone. I have a file upload form that when uploaded, sends the attached image to a gmail email account. It works great on my one server, but not the other server. Both servers are through inMotion hosting and both are Linux.
When I use the same upload form on server #2, the file uploads to my gmail email inbox, but it has a size of 0kb. So the image is there image.jpg (but a size of 0kb). On server #1, the image is there and has a size of 1500k (works fine).

Does anyone know why the one server will not pass the image through?

@CaptainkewlauthorSep 29.2010 — My mistake, server#2 is actually not imMotion, it's Net Access, so they are 2 different servers.
