How do I use languages other than English?

When an user posts something in another language, it turns out to be all question marks. @Major_PayneJun 22.2010 — Some symbols may not show because your computer does not contain the font set and/or your browser is not set to the correct Character Encoding. Changing browser's encoding is usually done from its View Menu.

f you see squares or question marks instead of the symbol you need to make sure you have the language pack installed necessary to show the symbols.

@criterion9Jun 22.2010 — Are you using UTF8 safe functions? Is your database using UTF8 encoding? The problem happens before the content is sent to the client as a view source reveals question marks instead of the expected characters.
