How do you scroll nested frames?

For example if i had a page with three frames(cols), the middle frame is nested. when i nest the middle frame i loose the ability to scroll that middle frame, i can scroll the frames inside that middle frame, bu i want to be able to scroll just the middle frame?

heres an example

[size=1][color=royalblue]<frame name=YOURFRAMENAME scrolling=YES noresize src=YOURFRAME.html>[/color][/size]
