I Use a Audio flash player. I love it. Plays multiple songs with random start. Nice & small good looks too. A sample is here at bottom left:

Now I find I’ll have to make a switch to HTML5 for iPad use so,,,,,

My question is there, or will there be an HTML5 specific area for html5 posts in this forum?

Or any suggestions to where I might get an answer to my dilema.

@aj_nscApr 26.2010 — HTML is as good a forum as any to ask any HTML questions, HTML5 included.

I recalled hearing something about HTML5 that might help you out - the <audio> tag. Check it out by googling it.
