URL Rewrite PHP on IIS

Hi all, i m hoting my site on a host running iis (Unknown version) ? and i want to rewrite my urls like this:
[url]http://site.com/index.php?page=download.php&id=10&title=Some[/url] Title
to
[url]http://site.com/download/10/Some[/url] Title

i have searched using web.config but did’nt work for me 😡

plz anyone knows the solution …?
