Database payment history

Would someone be so kind as to help me locate infomation to my problem?
Here is what I need to do:
1) From a database output chart that HAS been queried, click on client’s name that will send you to that person’s payment history.
2) Create a database for that client’s monthly payment that will display EACH payment made over time.
