seo website to top 10 google

I had meta title, meta kyword, meta descriptiong….
I had optimation url and conten
but now search with kyword “thiet ke web” it still in pages 10 on google
anh search with kyword “thiet ke web chat luong” it on top 1 google

Can you say for me nowk why????

Way too many keywords and you're not using an appropriate description or title, just more keywords. This type of keyword stuffing often ends up with a search engine blocking the website from results. Streamline your keywords to 20 or less and use a sentence for your description and an accurate title.

Also, you've not defined the website's language in the <head> section - this will help.
