I am trying to open local programs on my computer with a local webpage, I have looked everywhere on the web how to do it and havent had any luck. Firstly is it possible to open local applications on a web page, if so? How do I go about doing it?

and like http:// or ftp:// you can do irc:// and some other not sure which ones you can do for irc full command maybe you can edit it for your program go to
