writing html code for video

Here’s our story. We started a website recently and signed up for a free video support service called fliqz. turns out, we are only allowed 500 views per mo with the free service, unless we pay. we aren’t making money off the site so we are not willing to pay. instead we’d like to know if we could write html code for our videos and embed them in the site the way we did with fliqz? is it even possible? we’d like to write a couple at least one for windows media player and for quicktime or more if you think we should. i can provide the code that we used from fliqz if that helps. any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.
