[RESOLVED] pre-inserted <input> are displayed differently from appended <input>

Hi,

As you can see in my attachment, the first two text fields and “add” button are spaced well.

I wrote down a javascript so that when I click add button, it will create a same set of input fields below it. I used appendChild method to pull this off. However, as you can see, the input fields are right next to each other unlike the pre-inserted input fields. Is there a way that I can have appended input fields look like the preinserted ones?
