Mouse Over Change Picture

Is it possible to have a mouse over effect with HTML?

Specificly I want it so that when someone mouses over an IMAGE LINK it will change into another image right when a person puts a mouse over it. Is that possible through HTML?

For Example: at [url]www.htmlgoodies.com[/url] to the side there is a bar to different links. I want that type of effect.

@CharlesOct 01.2005 — 1) Stay far away from the HTML Goodies site. It is chock full of inaccurate information.

2) It's done with CSS. See http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/ . You'll need to set the height and width of your links and then use the ":linK" and ":hover" pseudo-classes.
