Fill and submit a form (automation)

Hi,

I am not a javascript expert, but wanted to test some idea with web pages/form. I want to have two frames in a page in upper page I want to put my javascript to fill and submit the form that is loaded in the bottom frame in the bottom page I want to load pages from public web sites like [url]www.hotmail.com[/url] or [url]www.mail.yahoo.com[/url] etc. Basically I should be able to automate my login to inbox !

Also, here is one product that is doing the stuff . But I don't want to buy - as my requirements at little differnt and I can't afford it.

I did it using AutoIT script, because most of the sites don't allow loading their pages in a frame ?
