Background and images reloading help!!!

Hi all

I have notice some websites background and some images remain visible
even when refreshing the page , How do they do it??

ex: [url]http://www.tetesaclaques.tv/index.php[/url]

On my site when i change languages all images and background are reloaded

even do they are the same images and the background go white even do it’s green.

I am guessing you are asking about the logo image in the left corner? I've noticed this is a PNG image that has a transparency to it and i'm sure that has something to do with it. I do not see anything special in the coding...just absolute positioning in the CSS and a possible javascript effect...which seems to be related to the animation on the page. I would guess that this is an effect created in Photoshop.

I know i have some issues with png in ie6 a use a script to i fix that

I dont have any photoshop special effect? only plain png

I there any way not to reload some elements when refresh or navigate from on page to another that uses the same png

ex: a background color or image

and a few specific png
