IE trouble! i can’t fully extend the bg image in TD

if you check this out – [URL=http://www1.nikken.com/rhythmofnikken]IE doesn’t display it properly[/URL]

on firefox and safari, its good, the way its suppose to.

what am i doing wrong? help please, i’ve never been able to do this on IE.

and this works fine on firefox and safari, but not IE. IE doesn't display the image at all.
