Good PHP Development Environment

The more I learn about PHP and the better I get, I find myself writing more complex programs and as such Dreamweaver is really starting to show its flaws. I like that I can just send it to my server with a click of a button, and I don’t really mind having to upload it to see it in action, but damn, would I love some form of debugging features! Maybe even something that reports possible errors.

I tried phpDesigner 2008 as it was highly recommended, but maybe I haven’t given it enough of a chance because I don’t really like it. Can anyone suggest some good development environments for PHP? (for windows)

Thanks

@TJ111Aug 20.2008 — Personally I swear by PhpED, but if money is an issue Eclipse PDT is pretty decent as well. Of course everyone has their own opinions, wants, and needs about their IDE, so its up to personal preference.
