However, by the time you are ready to start putting the PHP that you learn to practical use in any sort of web application, you also need to have acquired sufficient HTML/CSS knowledge in order to have your PHP output valid HTML text that displays the way you want it to.
Or to put it a bit more succinctly: any deficiency of knowledge in either area will limit what you can do with the combination of the two.
Php newbie Questions
I really wanted to learn php for I want to program my own site but I don’t have a formal learning or traring with regards to programming. I know a little html enough to maintain my blog.
Do I reall need to master HTML before learning Php?
