binding a wireframe to php

Hi, being very new to web development I am stuck and require some help.

I am following a php tutorial which has used Google Draw to create a wireframe document with a header shape. WIthin the php source, index.php, an navbar object binds to the frame placing the navbar in the frame. The tutorial states that it has set the wireframe document up but does not say how and I am at a loss on how to bind the two.

Can someone provide the basic steps – what I need to do to bind the objects, the type and where it should be saved, and what references are needed in the php to include the objects?
