Interactive Map (jpg)

I have a .jpg 8 x 10″ map of our community. I would like to set up links where a user could click on a specific lot (address) and a descriptive .pdf would open providing pertinent information. I have the .pdf ffiles and the html links are easy, but I am initially puzzled how to insert the links into the picture, or how I should convert the picture map to make it “interactive”

@Eye_for_VideoJun 17.2008 — If you want to keep it simple, just using the jpg and html, place the image on the HTML page and just draw out a "hot spot map" over the city or area you want to showcase. then link that area to the pdf, which could open in a pop-up window or something.

A more complicated version could be done using Flash. Or, if the info isn't too long, use a Google map. These are great fun to play with and very interactive.
