Help, how do you respond to text areas and show it to user

How do you respond to text areas

and also i would liek to know after the user has typed something anything, in the text area and presses submit

How do u then show the user everythign they typed.

The reason i want this is so that i want automated pages the user can make

to post a comment

your going to need to learn something like perl/php

you will need to make sure that where your site is hosted has
