Help Needed – website doesn’t open in mozilla

I recently wrote a HTML code for a website, but I found that the website opens only with internet explorer and not mozilla. I have used frames while I wrote the code . Could someone tell me the changes I would need to make in order to make it compliant with all browsers?

The web isn't a DOS file system. The directory separator is "/". IE accepts trash like that because it is a file system browser, not a web browser.
