[RESOLVED] help required for game for college submission

Hi all. I am working on a game for college and require some advice.
It is a basic game where you have 2 blue counters trying to catch 2 red counters on an 8*5 board. I have the game working as a 2 player game which is fine for a pass but was wondering how some of you would implement an ai for a 1 player game.
I’m not expecting coding examples but just a basic overview of how some of you would implement this.
Here’s the link to the game and the source code. http://garagedoors.wsnw.net/grahamm/
I do realise that I am not using OOP, and that this is unforgivable but I’m not being marked on good coding practice and I have never used OOP in applets so please forgive me.

@DoppleauthorApr 16.2008 — Forget about it. I checked with my tutor and he advised I have done enough to get a pass with a 2 player game.
