Mini Icons or PNG in dropdown form?

Is this possible? How about just having images in it? I have never seen it and was wondering without going DHTML is this possible?

@SyCoMar 26.2008 — #Using a show/hide div is the only way to do this or a styled list, again using CSS and jS to show/hide.
